Return and Exchange-

Once an order is placed, each product undergoes a strict quality check before being dispatched via our courier partners. 

However If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy. Please inform us within 2 to 3 hours of receiving your order. You can choose to exchange your product for one of equal or greater value, and simply pay the difference. We do not accept return of the products, we instead exchange the products.

Please inform us before sending the parcel, also make sure the product is in its original packaging and packed properly to avoid any damages in the transit. Please be informed that once sold we do not exchange any product in WALLETS and EARRINGS category.

However, in the event that you receive a damaged product, we ask that you share pictures and videos with us so that we can exchange it for a new one as soon as possible. To be eligible for an exchange, the handbag must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached and in the branded packaging provided. Any returned items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the product. Trendoria cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage of returned parcels sent by the customer.

If the customer requests a return pickup, we will charge the shipping amount. We will confirm the chargeable amount at that time according to the city.

Apart from this, items listed on clearance sale or special event sales are not allowed to exchange, it can only be exchanged if the product is damaged. For that we will need unboxing pictures proof.

Cancellation Policy-

Customers have 24 hours from the time of placing an order to initiate a cancellation. After that, no refunds will be given. If your refund application is accepted, the money will be sent back to you within 5 banking days. If you do not receive the refund, please contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we will assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
